1週間以上、滞在させていただきました！
とても清潔で必要なものが全て揃っていて、インテリアもおしゃれで最高でした。
遅い時間のチェックインでしたが、柔軟に対応していただき、ミカさんの手作りプリンに癒され、すぐにリラックスできました。
レンタサイクルやカーシェアなどのサービスもありがたかったです！
周辺環境も静かで、暮らすように滞在できました。
帰りは駅まで送っていただき、助かりました。

I really had a great and comfortable stay at Hiro-san and Mika-san's guest house.
Thank you to Mika-san for the pudding and Hiro-san for picking me up and dropping me off at the train station.Hiro-san speaks English well, so communication wouldn't be a problem.
The bus stop was walking distance, and there's a nearby 7-11. It has all the amenities that I needed during my stay. I really like staying in the living room and watching the snow fall because it was my first time seeing one in real life.
Thank you to Hiro-san and Mika-san for having me and for the card and present. Highly recommended.

If it was possible to give Hiro and Mika's place a rating of 100 stars, I would absolutely do so! Everything is simply perfect.
Hiro and Mika are exceptional hosts! They picked us up from Shin Sapporo station and allowed us to check in earlier than the designated time. The accommodation itself is among the finest Airbnbs I've ever experienced. The amenities provided are comprehensive, and even the instructions and manuals are well organized.
We feel truly pampered during our time here, as everything has been managed seamlessly for us. Mika also gave us pudding which is absolutely tasted good! They also surprised us with a gift on our checkout day and drove us back to Shin Sapporo station. It's unfortunate that our stay was limited to just two nights.

我与朋友从东京前往，火车将近21:30到达，已经错过了check in的时间，但是Hiro还是开着汽车来接我们了，一路上他与我们交谈并且帮助我们搬行李。到达后他耐心的解释开门方法，但我好像没记清。冰箱里还有Mika亲手制作的布丁🍮很好吃！
住在Hiro和Mika的民宿是一种幸福🥰临走时还收到了明信片和礼物🎁，真的非常感谢他们的耐心沟通与帮助照顾。这是我第一次在airbnb上订房，虽然有小插曲,但是总体来说还是很满意的！
周边很安静，也有便利店，距离新札幌站也只有数十分钟的脚程。

I've been to several Airbnb's in Japan, Australia, and few other countries in Asia. This is by far the best value for money I spent! Everyday I can't stop saying to my husband, God this place is great, I wish out apartment look like this hahaha.
It's so tidy, with all the exactly right appliances. And the amenities, really put my own Airbnb to shame. The place is so clean I thought it was newly built a day before. The picture in the Airbnb page doesn't do justice, it looked way better in realities!
Hiro and Mika even provide us with their own homemade pudding. Not to mention they also picked us from the station and offer to drop us back to the station when check out. ALSO, they gave us really nice present (white chocolate from Hokkaido).
I already plan my next visit to Sapporo and definitely will be staying at Hiro and Mika's place.

It was very quiet and beautiful place!The room had everything you may need and close to ShinSapporo station.Surroundings are so peaceful and beds super comfy.
For those traveling in Sapporo this place is an excellent option.The owners’ thoughtful touch of providing pick up &drop off at the station,handmade pudding and everything have added enjoyable and touching memories to our final stop in Hokkaido!
My son and I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this property to future guests with 5 ⭐️!

Superb stay we had! It’d be perfect if you’re driving otherwise, it’d be slightly inconvenient.
The accommodation has everything you possibly need and hiromika San really makes you feel very welcomed!
Do note that that is a flight of stairs and you’ll have to carry your luggage up to the second floor!
Overall, would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!

房东人非常好，友善热情，慷慨大方。主动提出前往新札幌站接我们，并给予一切便利的说明与帮助。
从入住几天前开始房东就很热情地询问我们的入住时间以及如何到达札幌，还推荐了在本地很有名的寿司店出来开车带我们去house，一路上都聊的很开心。刚到达楼下女主人就站在房子门口迎接我们了，进门还为我们做了布丁，退房时还提供了白色恋人伴手礼，并允许我们寄存行李，还可以送行李到新札幌站。
房间非常好，很新，很温馨。配套设施齐全，包含烘干机，洗衣机，烤箱微波炉，烫斗吸尘器等等。房子很大也非常漂亮！一进门就闻到了淡淡的香薰味，感觉像是住在家里。

写真以上にきれいで清潔なお部屋で、とても居心地が良かったです。家族3人でリラックスして過ごせました。
玄関を含めどの部屋にも暖房があって暖かく、炊飯器、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、食器等、整っていて心地よく自炊できました。
屋根付きの駐車場で、雪が降っていても快適で、玄関の前にミニバンを停められてとても便利でした。
レンタカーで札幌周辺のスキー場に巡ってとても楽しく過ごせました。

The apartment was exceptionally clean and the beds are very comfortable. The amenities provided are very considerate. Also, beautiful paintings are all around the apartment. We enjoy it much!

香港から来られた新婚のカップル、映画やドラマのロケ地としても人気のあるロマンチックな小樽にお出かけになりました。
夕方、ビッキーさんからメールが入り道路の雪に埋もれ車が動かないとのこと。
レッカー車手配の依頼を受けましたが場所が天狗山の麓と特定できたので、まずは近所の住民に助けを求めるよう伝えたところ、早速近所の方々が親切にも車両の脱出に一肌脱いでくれたそうです。
お二人にとり初めての北海道旅行、異国で受けた親切は一生の思い出になることでしょう。
改めてお困りの旅行者に快く対応いただきました小樽市民の方に心より感謝いたします。

I could not have imagined a better welcome to Japan than the one given by my two lovely hosts. Hiro and Mika picked me up from the station and even had a welcome pudding prepared.
They were always available to assist with any question or issue. The house lies in a very peaceful residential neighbourhood and is immaculate. Cosy and modern. It’s just a 15min walk to the station from where to easily reach the city center or other sights in the region.
Highly recommended and I’d love to one day return.

Hiro and Mika were super sweet. They welcomed us in person and they had prepared some fantastic pudding for us as well. They even gave our little girl a lovely farewell present when we left. The flat was well-equipped, clean and nicely decorated. It's definitely an ideal holiday accommodation.
The environment was nice and more importantly safe. It's really convenient too, as there's a massive supermarket just a 5-minute drive away and there're tonnes of corner shops nearby.
We will definitely stay there again next time we go to Sapporo.

I had a great stay at Hiro & Mika’s place.
I was amazed by how beautiful the place, it got spacious living room, it’s very clean and it got everything I need. And what even amazing, it feels like home too. Hiro and Mika were responsive and helpful.
On my first day, they even picked me up at Shin-Sapporo station, which made my day easier. Hiro also gave me some local recommendations, which I have options to explore.
It’s definitely one of my best airbnb stays.

3歳の子供を連れての初めての北海道旅行でした。 今回はレンタカーは借りず公共交通機関利用でしたが、最寄り駅までの送迎をしていただきました。 行きは大荷物＆母子のみでしたので不安もありましたが、ホストのご夫婦は本当に素敵な方で、終始とても丁寧に対応していただきましたので滞在中困ることも不安なこともなく過ごせました。 お部屋の中はどこも清潔でした。
次回札幌へ旅行する際はまたお世話になりたいと思うほど快適な滞在でした。

Very clean spacious, and modern house. Great bathroom with shower and bath. Hiro and Mika were friendly and shuttled use to and from Shin Sapporo Station and were very responsive. A little far from the station/subway but very walkable, about 15m. Also about 15m from an Onsen and two 7-11’s nearby.

It had everything I needed and more. It was a warm and homely place to come back to after exploring Sapporo.
It is not far from Shin Sapporo Station, which allowed me to get wherever I needed to go via Subway or JR train (although I did get lost in the Shopping centre a couple of times, hah!)

Our week in Hokkaido flew by, and it was such a comfortable stay!
From the moment we arrived, Hiro and Mika were exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful.
The house itself is a gem – immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly cozy. The attention to detail in the house's decor and cleanliness was truly impressive. They also have the coolest wall paper in the bedroom.
The neighborhood area is pretty and quiet, and there’s a delicious bakery right around the corner. The train station is walking distance, as well as some supermarkets and restaurants.
Thank you Mika and Hiro San for the warm welcome and for making our stay so enjoyable.
I'm already looking forward to coming back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hokkaido!

私達は孫のインターハイ（バスケット）の応援のため新札幌ゲストハウスに１W滞在させていただきました。４，５日ネットとにらめっこして、ひろさんみかさんのゲストハウスに出会えた事、本当にラッキーでした。センス抜群のお部屋、いたる所にに必要以上の備品を用意して下さり、何の不自由もなく過ごさせていただきました。
カーシェアリング
車も貸して頂き、体育館への往復、娘家族と一緒に富良野方面へドライブ楽しい思い出いっぱいです。
