Very clean spacious, and modern house. Great bathroom with shower and bath. Hiro and Mika were friendly and shuttled use to and from Shin Sapporo Station and were very responsive. A little far from the station/subway but very walkable, about 15m. Also about 15m from an Onsen and two 7-11’s nearby.

It had everything I needed and more. It was a warm and homely place to come back to after exploring Sapporo.

It is not far from Shin Sapporo Station, which allowed me to get wherever I needed to go via Subway or JR train (although I did get lost in the Shopping centre a couple of times, hah!)

Our week in Hokkaido flew by, and it was such a comfortable stay!

From the moment we arrived, Hiro and Mika were exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful.

The house itself is a gem – immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly cozy. The attention to detail in the house's decor and cleanliness was truly impressive. They also have the coolest wall paper in the bedroom.

The neighborhood area is pretty and quiet, and there’s a delicious bakery right around the corner. The train station is walking distance, as well as some supermarkets and restaurants.

Thank you Mika and Hiro San for the warm welcome and for making our stay so enjoyable.

I'm already looking forward to coming back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hokkaido!

　私達は孫のインターハイ（バスケット）の応援のため新札幌ゲストハウスに１W滞在させていただきました。４，５日ネットとにらめっこして、ひろさんみかさんのゲストハウスに出会えた事、本当にラッキーでした。センス抜群のお部屋、いたる所にに必要以上の備品を用意して下さり、何の不自由もなく過ごさせていただきました。

The apartment is very pretty and tidy, everything we needed was provided, laundry machine, drying machine, and also rental bicycles for free 😆

It was so comfortable as we were at home. Hiro san and Mika san are very nice, they picked us up at the station when we checked in and dropped us off at station when we checked out. We even received souvenirs from them!

チェックイン・チェックアウト時の送迎があり大変助かりました。

お部屋に最寄りのコンビニやスーパー等がまとめられた周辺地図があり観光客への配慮が多数ありました。

お部屋はとても清潔感があり、洗濯機だけでなく乾燥機があることや、洗濯用品に限らずその他の備品も豊富でとても過ごしやすかったです。

困った時に手を貸してくださるとても優しいホストの方々で感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。

One of the best airbnbs we've ever stayed in. Apartment looks exactly like the photos, is super clean and thanks to central heating radiators also cozy warm in its entirety (visited in February). It's very spacious for Japanese standards and had a great design. Both of us found ourselves daydreaming of wanting to live in this flat.

Also, the beds were by far the most comfortable we've ever experienced in multiple trips to Japan. On top of all that, the host couple is incredibly nice and helpful. No negative points at all. Thank you for having us :)

　室内に入った時「ただいま」と思わず言ってしまいました。

　昨年より少し室内の変化があり、工夫されたんだなと思いました。ゲストの気持ちをいつも考えておられるんですね。本当にありがとうございます。

　電動自転車乗り心地良かったです。この近くに六花亭があり、買い物クーポンを利用させて頂きました。

　友人が利用したいと言っていました。ここは私をリフレッシュしてくれる大切な場所と思っています。

　また来年利用させていただきます。それまで楽しみにしておきます。

　お部屋がとても清潔で新築と思うほどキレイでした。調理器具も本当に良いもの、かゆいところに手が届くものが揃っていて、ご飯も美味しく炊けました！

　洗濯機と乾燥機が本当にありがたかったし、駐車場も利用できた事も本当にありがたかったです。また北海道に来る際にはぜひ、利用させていただきたいです。オーナーさんご夫婦が本当に素敵な方で、そっと見守って下さっているような安心感もありました。

　札幌市内はエアコンと駐車場がない物件が多いので「エアコン付き、駐車場付き」で調べて見つけました。

閑静な住宅地にある2世帯住宅のような築浅の物件を17日間利用しましたが、無料の屋内駐車場がついているので車が必要な私にはうれしく、また少し距離はありますが、駅まで徒歩圏でJR/地下鉄の利用もできるので、札幌駅やススキノなどにもアクセス良好です。

　建物も設備も新しく清潔感があって、十分すぎる広さの部屋でゆったりと過ごすことができました。特筆すべきなのは、お部屋の中は気遣いに満ちており、あったらいいなと思うモノが揃っています。オーナーさんの人柄も良く、至れり尽くせりなので、不快感や不便さを感じることはありませんでした。 

　またぜひ利用したいと思います。

　部屋がとにかく清潔であり、広い。ほぼ二世帯住宅のような作りで、広々としたリビングルーム、キッチン、ベッドルームがある。特にキッチンは一通りのものが揃っており、一通りの調理はできるレベル。

　二世帯住宅のようになっていて、ほぼ家で生活するに必要なものは全て揃っている。民泊というより、家具が揃っている二世帯住宅を借りているような気分だった。自信を持ってお勧めしたい。

Hiromika AirBnB is clean and modern. The shower, washer, dryer, kitchen, furniture, etc is quite new. Really comfortable to sleep and spacious. Stairs are quite steep and narrow. Also the whole apartment is warm. We stayed in January 2022 and it’s great to come back to a warm apartment. Everywhere is warm, the bathroom, living room, etc. Overall it was comfortable. Thank you so much!

　使用者本人ではなく、使用者の会社の者です。仕事の関係で今回利用させていただきました。設備等、充実しており室内のインテリアは華美過ぎず、質素過ぎず気持ちの良い空間で、もとても清潔でした。ホスト様とは玄関から別なので、帰宅時も必要以上に気を遣う事なく過ごすことができ、ほんとうに素晴らしいと、本人が申しておりました。

　ﾁｪｯｸｲﾝ・ｱｳﾄ時間なども調整していただけ、行き届いた配慮に本当に感謝しております。設備、内容がすばらしいのにとてもリーズナブルに利用させていただきました。 重役などにも利用していただける、素敵な場所です。
